Social Media Community Guidelines.

We may have a presence on several social media channels to provide engagement and up-to-date information with neoety news and activities. We want to make sure that discussions on neoetys' social media platforms are constructive and respectful to us and our community. That's why we aim to keep all content, comments, questions, and answers on neoetys’ professional and focused. Some of our activity on social media is limited as we operate in a regulated industry. Therefore, we do not guarantee that we will participate in any discussions that mention products (ours or otherwise) or medical advice.

We've put together some guidelines to show what behaviour is encouraged and what we consider inappropriate. When you engage with any of neoetys' social media channels, you agree to comply with these Community Guidelines, in addition to the Terms and Conditions or other legal notices provided by neoety and those of the respective platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). To make sure that the discussions stay on topic and are constructive, comments or tweets that include the following may be deleted from the company pages for violating our engagement guidelines:

  • If your posts are disparaging, threatening, condone violence or illegal behaviour 

  • If your posts are off-topic subjects, including those that may be considered commercial advertising

  • If your posts offer health or medical advice 

  • If your posts contain any personal or identifiable information related to you or others, such as an email address, mailing address, or phone number

  • If your posts infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property

  • If your posts are commercial, e.g., sells products and services

  • If your posts are excessively repetitive and/or disruptive to the community or are spam

  • If your posts contain proprietary, confidential, sensitive, or non-public information 

  • If your posts do not follow channel guidelines, including LinkedIn's professional community policies, Facebook's posting guidelines, or Twitter's rules and policies.

Please note our social media communities are English- speaking only, and as such, any non-English language content may be removed.
